In line with our mission to launch corporate social responsibility programs based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), we have organized a number of activities as a gesture of our care, attention, and appreciation for our farmers and the communities they belong to. Our programs are an effort to foster a harmonious relationship between our company and the communities in which we work by making a positive impact in whatever ways possible.
Most of our farmers enjoy reasonable living conditions; however, laborers are always at risk of suffering economic setbacks if they experience an accident, such as falling from a coconut sugar tree. Accidents can have a major effect on a farmer’s ability to work and sometimes even result in death. The economic wellbeing of the farmer and his family will almost always be impacted by such circumstances.
As an expression of our concern, care, and responsibility for our workforce, we provide monetary compensation to farmers who experience an accident. We extend our assistance to farmers in the event of an accident in the hope of easing their physical, spiritual, and economic burdens.
